About Me

 Welcome! 

My name is Christina Ballard and I am a full time student studying to be an elementary teacher. I am enrolled at Liberty University at their online program to meet the needs of my husband and I. I graduated from Central High School in Central, East Baton Rouge, Louisiana with honors in 2016. From then, I went on to Southeastern Louisiana University and completed three years of course material before transferring to Liberty in 2020. 

In 2017, I married the love of my life Will who works as as an ironworker and pipefitter. We moved to the Hammond area to be closer to Southeastern at the time and his work. 

I have been wanting to tutor for some time and it wasn't until transferring to Liberty that I had the opportunity to do so! I found that teaching my younger family members to be very enjoyable for me and to them. I do have experience  and I am quite familiar with Common Core methods and Louisiana State Standards. I have all of my course material and I feel strongly that I will do a great job with your child!
